We will send the information you will need to port the number to your carrier via email, in some instances we will mail the physical SIM card along with porting instructions and a receipt to your confirmed PayPal address.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason your new number cannot be ported to your wireless carrier’s network, let us know within 30 days of purchase and you can choose another number of equal value, upgrade to another number, or get a full refund.
However, once your number has ported out, we cannot provide a refund.
Ordering
Browse the selection of numbers we have available, when you find a number that suits you, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once checkout and payment via PayPal is complete we will send you within 1-2 business days (sometimes even the same day) all the information associated with the number you selected, including account number and PIN to transfer the number to your phone provider.
